Her daughter’s beautiful nursery is roasted for a ‘dangerous’ design flaw
The construction of the nursery is a key part of the “nesting” period.
And after pouring your heart and soul into the room, it’s only natural that you want to show off the finished results online.
But we can only imagine how much this mom regrets sharing her daughter’s nursery on Facebook after other parents reported the ‘dangerous’ design flaw.

After decorating the room with budget purchases from Kmart, the mom posted pictures of them on a home makeover group.
The predominantly monochrome room had a gray and white rug, a white dresser, and a potted plant in the corner.
But it was the artwork above the cot that sparked debate among members.
“I don’t want to be a negative Nancy, but I highly recommend that you move this picture to another wall,” one replied. “It’s just a disaster waiting to happen.”
Another added: “Having a bare wall is better than a choked baby or a wedge of canvas to the head or eyes.”

Meanwhile, a third wrote: “It’s absolutely stunning, but watch out for the photo hanging above Bub’s bed.”
However, the mom insisted that the nursery is perfectly safe for her little one.
“I am already a parent myself and I will always make sure that the safety of my children is first and foremost,” she wrote. “She won’t be there to begin with and will have to make the necessary adjustments to make it a safe space for her.”
