Best Landing Points of Apex Legends Season 9

Over the course of our time in Apex Legends Season 9, we’ve concluded the best landing sites you and your team should visit in both Infested Olympus and World’s Edge.
Apex Legends went through a slight “dry spell” recently, but for those who still love the game, or maybe just jump into it, knowing where to land can be vital to your team’s performance.
For Season 9, Apex Legends’ original map Kings Canyon takes a one-season hiatus, with Infested Olympus and World’s Edge in the spotlight.
Best Apex Legends Landing Sites In Season 9
In Apex Legends, it’s not just about choosing the best weapons and legends. It is also important to know the map and to land in places that you know are advantageous.
Some spots are better than others only for loot, and others are better for positioning and spinning. In this guide, we’ll go over the best Apex Legends landing sites for World’s Edge and Olympus, which will help your team win more matches.
Olympus

Icarus
Icarus is the new location for Olympus in Season 9, which features a huge ship infested with otherworldly vegetation. This is a great place for loot, especially if you find the Bridge key card, which will grant you access to the front of the ship with high rarity loot.
In addition, this location is also ideal for positioning. Although it sits between several places, it is heavily covered and even has a Solar Array viewpoint.
Docks
Docks is another of Apex Legends’ best landing points on Olympus in Season 9, as not only is there a lot of loot, but it is also quite isolated from other POIs, allowing you and yourselves to your team, to loot without stress unless another team has landed with you.
Once looted, Docks is a great place for players to take a good position to shoot Carrier ones or even make it to Fight Night and take out the chaos that usually brews there.
Elysium
Finally, we have Elysium, a great location that hovers above and alongside hydroponics. While this location may seem small, it’s actually very beneficial in terms of loot.
There is usually high rarity loot in the center, the circular buildings, and the inner section also having a lot of loot for the team. You can also easily pivot from there, with a vehicle very close, and also the option to choose hydroponics combat.
The edge of the word

Testing
Bloodhound’s Trials was introduced in Season 4 and remains one of Apex Legends’ best landing points for loot and positioning in Season 9.
Not only can players get some great loot here by killing Rangers and completing Trials, it’s also a great place to spin and even pick a fight in Countdown or Skyhook.
Epicenter
This is a place that many players will try to avoid as it is effectively in a ditch, allowing teams to gain angles and take heights. However, this location is a great landing spot for a team that spins and loots quickly.
There’s a lot of loot here, with the ability to move above Survey Camp for even more. In addition, it is also possible to take the nearby redeployment balloon and rotate it, perhaps towards the east / west fragment or even the refinery depending on the circle.
Countdown
Countdown is one of the more recent locations on Word’s Edge, replacing the drill site in Season 6. It’s a perfect landing spot, mostly for loot, but there is an opportunity to kill. because it’s a popular place for players to browse when landing at the top left of the map.
If you’re a coordinated team, make sure one player lands in the middle and then another player lands at the top, where the button is, as this will allow you to access the higher-level loot in the center.
Well, there you have it, the best Apex Legends landing spots for you and your team in Season 9: Legacy. For those missing out on Mirage Voyage on World’s Edge, check out our developer article to see if it’ll be seen outside of Arenas again.
